Subscription services

Monthly and annual subscriptions

• Subscriptions are billed in advance, either monthly or annually depending on the plan you choose.
• Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.

Refund eligibility

We do not offer refunds for:

• Change of mind
• Partial use of the subscription period
• Unused services due to customer inaction

However, we may offer a pro-rata refund or credit in the event of:

• A verified technical issue that prevents access to the service for more than 48 consecutive hours
• An error on our end resulting in incorrect billing

Cancellations

• You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard.
• Cancellations apply to future billing cycles; your subscription remains active until the end of the current period, the remainder of the month on a monthly plan or the remainder of the paid year on an annual plan.
• Cancelling an annual subscription stops the next annual renewal; we do not provide pro-rata refunds for the unused portion of the current year.
