How to find your login details and reset your app or website password.
When you sign up, we send a welcome email with your login credentials. Here's what you need to know:
The email you used to sign up for Melodial is your username — for both the app and the website.
Check your inbox (and spam/junk folder) for an email from Melodial. It contains the password for your mobile app and music player.
Important: Your Melodial app password is separate from your Melodial website password. They're two different logins. If you reset one, it won't change the other.
If you've forgotten your app password or need to change it, you can reset it from your account page on the Melodial website.
Go to melodial.com/account and sign in with your website email and password.
Under the Mobile App Player Settings section, click Reset Mobile App Password. Your new password will be emailed to you.
Open the Melodial app, enter your email and your new password, and you're back in.
If you can't log in to the Melodial website (to manage your subscription, download your certificate, or reset your app password), here's how to reset it.
Visit melodial.com/account/login.
Enter your email address and click Forgot your password?. We'll send you a reset link. Check your inbox (and spam folder), click the link, and set a new password.
