Thank you for subscribing to Melodial. We’re committed to delivering high-quality streaming music channels and custom on-hold messaging services tailored for your business. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.


Subscription Services

Monthly Subscriptions

  • All subscriptions are billed monthly in advance.

  • Subscriptions will auto-renew unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.

Refund Eligibility

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Partial use of the subscription period

  • Unused services due to customer inaction

However, we may offer a pro-rata refund or credit in the event of:

  • A verified technical issue that prevents access to the service for more than 48 consecutive hours

  • An error on our end resulting in incorrect billing

  • A failure to deliver a custom on-hold message within the agreed timeframe (where no script or audio has been approved)

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@melodial.com within 7 days of the issue.


On-Hold Message Orders (One-Off or Add-On Services)

Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to be happy with your message! If you’re not satisfied with the first draft, we offer one round of revisions free of charge. Additional revisions may incur a fee.

🚫 Refunds for Completed Work

Once a message has been approved or delivered, we cannot offer a refund unless:

  • The file delivered is unusable due to a fault on our end

  • The message content significantly differs from the approved script


Cancellations

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard.

  • Cancellations apply to future billing cycles; your subscription will remain active until the end of the current period.
